Orbital

Orbital to Close Glastonbury Festival 2010

Legendary grandmasters of electronica, Orbital. have just confirmed they will be closing the Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival 2010 on Sunday 27th June. Until reforming last year, Orbital at Glastonbury 1994, was for many electronic music fans the live highlight of the decade and was rated as one of the Top 50 gigs of all time by Q Magazine. It was seen as Orbital’s spiritual home and where they bowed out in a blaze of glory in 2004 having played there a total of five times. It seems appropriate that they headline the Other Stage on this 40th Anniversary of Glastonbury.
